How to add a review to your Shopify Store

  1. Log in to your Shopify Account. Click Apps.

  1. Install and Add Loox Product Reviews & Photos.

  1. The Loox Dashboard appears as seen below.

  1. Click Settings.

  1. Set the following – Collect reviews, display reviews, referrals, upsell, Integration, Branding, and General – according to your needs.

  1. After set up, proceed by clicking the managing new reviews. Select the appropriate review that you want to publish by clicking the drop-down arrow button.

  1. Click the review request timing to set the timing of the first review request email sent to your customers. Click the drop-down arrow buttons to select the appropriate needs for your business.

  1. Click the Discount for photo/video reviews if you want to offer a discount to customers who leave a review that includes a photo or video. Select the appropriate options as the owner of the store.

  1. Click the Video reviews and enable the button if you want your customers to upload a video with their reviews.

  1. Click the Emails. Customize the emails sent to your customers based on how you want your customers to receive your email. Click the arrow button to customize the email.

  1. You will be redirected to a page with a code that you need to edit and put on your Shopify website.

  1. Edit all red fonts in required and optional fields according to your Shopify account.

  1. Navigate to your Shopify account dashboard and proceed with Settings.
