Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout in 2026: Which to Keep
Paying for both runs $508 a month at monthly rates. Here's what Helium 10 and Jungle Scout each do better in 2026, the verified price table, and the one question that tells you which subscription to cancel.

Two subscriptions. One job. And a bill most sellers stopped looking at a year ago.
Here's the short answer on Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout. Both find products and both find keywords, so if you pay for the two of them, most of what you pay for is overlap. Helium 10 wins once you're selling: listing tools, ad automation, profit and inventory tracking in one login. Jungle Scout wins before you're selling: product research and supplier search that a new seller can learn in an afternoon, at a lower price. Pick by the job you do every week, not by the feature list.
That's the verdict. Now the receipts.
What do Helium 10 and Jungle Scout cost in 2026?

Now look at what "both" costs. Helium 10 Diamond at $359 plus Jungle Scout Brand Owner + CI at $149 is $508 a month. That's $6,096 a year, paid monthly. Even the cheap pairing, Platinum at $129 plus Growth Accelerator at $79, is $208 a month, or $2,496 a year.
Each vendor's 2026 list prices, 12 months. Both = Helium 10 Diamond + Jungle Scout Brand Owner + CI at monthly rates.
The most expensive tool in your stack is the second one, because it mostly tells you what the first one already said.
Where does Helium 10 win?
Helium 10 is built for the seller who already has live ASINs and a weekly to-do list.
The keyword side is the reason people stay. Cerebro shows the keywords a competitor ranks for, and Magnet expands a seed term into a list, per Helium 10's own tools page. Then the listing tools pick up where the research stops: Listing Analyzer scores a live listing (50 uses a month on Platinum, 150 on Diamond), and the AI Listing Builder writes a draft from your keyword research.
Then ads. Diamond includes Helium 10 Ads with rules-based automation and dayparting, and the pricing page notes a 2% fee on managed spend. Helium 10's comparison page against Jungle Scout claims Jungle Scout keeps bid rules and dayparting at the enterprise level. That's the vendor talking about its rival, so weigh it that way. But Jungle Scout's own pricing table lists those features without tying them clearly to a Catalyst plan, which tells you something too.
And the AI piece is real today. Diamond includes Helium Agent, which Helium 10 describes as an AI agent that handles keyword, listing, ads and operations questions in one conversation. Helium MCP connects your own AI tools to your Helium 10 data, free on Diamond up to 1,000 calls, with an add-on from $50 a month.
The catch is the price. Diamond is where most of this lives, and Diamond is $359 a month.
Where does Jungle Scout win?
Jungle Scout is the cleaner tool for one question: is this product worth sourcing?
Product Database and Opportunity Finder are on every Catalyst plan, and Growth Accelerator adds the Supplier Database, which most sellers in the research phase actually need. At $49 a month billed yearly, that's the cheapest serious research setup either company sells.
It also gets AI where new sellers feel it. AI Assist inside Listing Builder drafts your title, bullets and description from the keywords you've banked. The Catalyst plans page caps it at 100 uses a month on Growth Accelerator and 500 on Brand Owner, and Starter gets chat only. The features page also lists Jungle Scout MCP, which pipes its Amazon data into your AI tools.
Accuracy is a split decision. EcomCrew ran a small test against real Seller Central data and published it in their Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout breakdown. Helium 10's sales estimates were closer on 18 of 25 products. Jungle Scout's search volume estimates were closer on 19 of 25 keywords. Twenty-five data points isn't science. But it matches what I'd tell any seller: these numbers are a compass, never a bank statement.
Every research tool is guessing at someone else's sales. Your Seller Central report is the only number that isn't.
So which one should you keep?
Here's how I'd decide, in one pass.
| If this is your week | Keep | Plan to start on |
|---|---|---|
| Hunting your first or next product | Jungle Scout | Growth Accelerator, for the Supplier Database |
| Running 5+ live ASINs with ads | Helium 10 | Diamond, for Helium 10 Ads |
| Selling on Walmart or TikTok Shop too | Helium 10 | Platinum or Diamond |
| Mostly writing and fixing listings | Either | The cheaper plan that includes its listing builder |
| Under $100K a year in sales, tight cash | Jungle Scout | Growth Accelerator, billed yearly |
My honest take? Most sellers who pay for both are paying for comfort. One tool tells them a keyword has volume, the other confirms it, and they feel safer. That's a $149 to $359 monthly sleeping pill.
So cancel one. Then ask the question neither dashboard answers.
What happens after the tool finds the buyer?
This is the part the feature tables skip.
Helium 10 and Jungle Scout are maps. They show you where the buyers are standing. Neither one closes a single sale. The listing does that (bullets, images and A+ Content), and a listing that reads like a spec sheet turns a perfect keyword into a click you paid for and lost.
Run the math on a listing like this, a hypothetical. A $34 garlic press gets 3,000 sessions a month. Its conversion rate is 10% at a $34 average order value. That means its revenue per visitor is $3.40, so $10,200 a month. Rewrite the title, bullets and images so the conversion rate hits 13%, and revenue per visitor climbs to $4.42. Same 3,000 sessions, $13,260. That's $3,060 more a month from one listing, which is six times the $508 it costs to run both tools.
Here's the thing. Cancelling the duplicate tool saves you hundreds. Fixing the listing that both tools send traffic to can be worth thousands.
A research tool shows you where the money is. The listing decides whether any of it ends up in your account.
If you want a free starting point before you commit to either subscription, run your seed term through this.
And AI is changing this part faster than anything else. Amazon's own shopping assistant now reads your listing to answer buyer questions, which I covered in how to rank in Amazon Rufus. Our AI listing tools roundup for Amazon shows which writing tools are worth the money once the keywords are picked.
Is the Amazon listing even the best place to send that buyer?
I sold on Amazon for years before one Tuesday suspension taught me who owned my customers. So I'll say it plainly: every dollar you spend on Helium 10 or Jungle Scout makes Amazon's shelf better. That's fine. Just don't let it be the only shelf.
Look at what happened when one of our clients moved a winner off the marketplace. A mole repellent sold for $17.95 on Amazon and netted $3.83 per sale after fees, shipping, inventory and ads. On Shopify, with a page built to sell a bigger order, the average order hit $101.38 and the profit came to $48.27 per sale, after paying for ads and inventory. Those are real client numbers from our results page. Real client numbers, not typical results, and not a promise of what your store will do.
Same product. Same keyword research. Very different page.
If your fees are already squeezing you, the full stack is in the Amazon FBA fee changes for 2026, and Shopify vs Amazon revenue per visitor runs the per-visitor math on both. For the bigger picture, start with our Amazon selling guide for 2026.
What to do next
Open Seller Central. Find your listing with the most sessions last month and write down two numbers: sessions and unit session percentage. Multiply sessions by that percentage and by your price. That's what the listing earns now. Then cancel the tool you open least, and spend the first month of savings fixing that one listing.
For the fee math most marketplace sellers never run, see why Amazon sellers are moving their winners to Shopify.

Frequently asked questions
Is Helium 10 or Jungle Scout better in 2026?
Helium 10 is better if you're past launch and need listing tools, ad automation and operations in one login. Jungle Scout is better if your main job is finding and validating products and you want the lower bill. Most sellers need one, not both.
How much does Helium 10 cost compared to Jungle Scout?
Helium 10's pricing page lists Platinum at $129 a month ($99 billed yearly) and Diamond at $359 a month ($279 billed yearly). Jungle Scout's Catalyst plans run $49, $79 and $149 a month, or $29, $49 and $129 billed yearly.
Which is more accurate, Helium 10 or Jungle Scout?
It depends on the number. In EcomCrew's small test, Helium 10's sales estimates were closer on 18 of 25 products, while Jungle Scout's search volume estimates were closer on 19 of 25 keywords. Treat both as directional, never as your Seller Central data.
Does Jungle Scout have a free plan?
No. Jungle Scout's pricing page lists no free trial and a 7-day money-back guarantee on Catalyst. Helium 10 offers free tools and a free account, with paid plans starting at Platinum.
Do I need both Helium 10 and Jungle Scout?
Almost never. Both cover product research and keyword research, so the overlap is most of what you pay for. Keep the one that matches the job you do every week and spend the savings on the listing that has to convert the traffic.
