Your Store Is Not One Number. It Is Four, and One of Them Is Bleeding.

Traffic, conversion rate, order value, and repeat rate each feed the revenue equation, and a weak one quietly caps everything. Paste your metrics and get a weighted health score out of 100 with the top fixes ranked by the revenue they actually move.

Scoring your store

Why a single metric hides the leak

A store owner watches revenue and calls it healthy or sick. But revenue is the output of four levers pulling together: traffic times conversion rate times average order value, multiplied over time by repeat rate. When revenue is soft, the owner pours more into traffic, because traffic is easy to buy. If the real weakness is a conversion rate stuck at one percent, that spend just fills a leaking bucket faster.

The scorecard breaks the store into weighted pillars, scores each against category benchmarks, and rolls them into one number. Then it names the pillar that, if fixed, moves the most revenue, so the next dollar and the next hour go where they pay off instead of where they feel easy.

How it works

1. Paste your metrics

Traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat rate. Add margin data if you have it.

2. Pillars scored and weighted

Each pillar out of 100, weighted into one health score and a band from at risk to healthy.

3. Top fixes by revenue

A ranked list with the likely revenue effect and the first action for each.

What gets scored

Pillar
What it measures
Traffic quality
Whether the traffic is enough and qualified, not just high
Conversion rate
The biggest single lever, benchmarked against category norms
Average order value
Bundling, upsells, and thresholds that raise the return on every visitor
Repeat purchase rate
The profit multiplier that decides whether the store is durable
Economics and margin
Whether the unit economics survive paid acquisition, if you provide the data

Who gets the most out of this

Stores with traffic but revenue that will not climb
Owners deciding whether to spend the next dollar on traffic or on the site
Brands living on first orders that want to know how fragile that is
Anyone who wants a straight read on where the store is actually leaking

Your metrics are sent to our server, processed once by the AI to build the scorecard, and not shared with anyone. We keep your email and a short usage summary so we can send you the results. Your numbers are not resold, published, or used to train anything.

The score weighs your numbers against category benchmarks, so it is only as accurate as what you paste. It cannot see your traffic sources, product mix, or margins unless you provide them, and it marks any pillar it cannot judge as needing more data instead of guessing. Treat the score as a diagnosis and validate the fixes against your own analytics.

Monthly traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate at a minimum. Add ad spend, margin, or cost data if you have it and the economics pillar gets scored too. The placeholder in the box shows the format.

A store makes money through traffic times conversion rate times average order value, multiplied over time by repeat rate. Conversion rate is the single biggest lever for most stores, and repeat rate is the profit multiplier that decides whether the business is durable or fragile. Those two pillars usually hold the most revenue upside.

You know which pillar is bleeding. Now let us stop it with you.

The scorecard shows where the leak is. Fixing it is where the money comes back. We audit exactly how much revenue your store loses on every visit and hand you a plan built around one number: revenue per visitor. Book a profit audit and we run it with you on your real numbers.
