Your Account Health Is Sliding and Everything Looks Urgent. Only One Thing Actually Is.

Scattershot fixing wastes the days you do not have. Paste your Account Health data and get every violation ranked by how fast it can take you down, the one rung dragging the score, and the exact order to work this week.

Ranking your violations

Why the score is the wrong thing to chase

Account Health moves green to yellow to red and every open item screams for attention. So sellers react to the number, poking at whatever feels fixable, while the one violation that can suspend the whole account on a single complaint sits untouched.

Violations do not weigh the same. An IP complaint can end a listing or an account outright. A listing-quality flag is cumulative and slow. This tool sorts every item onto an enforcement ladder, from the rung that suspends you on one bad complaint down to the cosmetic flags, and tells you the rung to clear first. The score follows the fixes, not the other way around.

How it works

1. Paste the snapshot

AHR score, open violations, your metrics, and any listing flags. Messy paste is fine.

2. Ranked by danger

Every item onto the enforcement ladder, suspension triggers first, cosmetic flags last.

3. This week's fix order

The binding rung named, the top 3 moves, and where each item routes for the fix.

The enforcement ladder

Rung
What sits there and why it ranks
1. Suspension triggers
IP, authenticity, restricted, safety, can suspend on a single complaint
2. Order Defect Rate
Negative feedback, A-to-z claims, chargebacks, one bad week tips it over
3. Shipment metrics
Late Shipment and Valid Tracking, fast to move with process changes
4. Cancellation rate
Seller-caused cancels from stockouts or pricing errors
5 to 6. Policy & listing
Point-value violations and listing quality, cumulative, lowest urgency

Who gets the most out of this

Accounts that just went yellow or red with several open violations
Sellers who cannot tell which of five flags is the real threat
Anyone whose score dropped and the cause is not obvious
Founders who want a weekly recovery cadence, not a panic

Questions sellers ask us

Your pasted snapshot is sent to our server, processed once by the AI to build the triage, and not shared with anyone. We keep your email and a short usage summary so we can send you the results. Your data is not resold, published, or used to train anything.

No on both. This is general guidance, not legal advice. Amazon does not publish a fixed per-violation point table and the score behaves like a band, so any point figures are illustrative estimates for sequencing the work, never a promised score change. Use them only to decide what to fix first.

Paste your Account Health page: the current AHR score, the list of open violations, your performance metrics like Order Defect Rate and Late Shipment Rate, and any listing flags. A rough copy-paste is fine, the tool sorts it.

Because the number moves when you fix the specific items dragging it down, not the other way around. A minor listing-quality flag is nowhere near as dangerous as an IP complaint that can suspend you on one report. The triage tells you which item is the real threat.

Stabilize the account. Then fix the leak that never shows up in Account Health.

Health metrics protect the account. They say nothing about the paid clicks that land on your page, scroll, and leave. Our free Profit Audit shows what that leak costs per thousand visitors, in dollars, with the exact fixes to close it.
