1What You Get

• __ High-Converting Product Pages: Built for you by our team using the RevenueFlows AI system — engineered to lift conversion rate and average order value. Done for you, in your store.
• White-Glove Installation: We install the RevenueFlows AI app and set everything up inside your Shopify store for you.
• Founder Review Call (Before Go-Live): A one-on-one Zoom call to review your pages and offers together, and make final tweaks so everything launches dialed in.
• Before / After Performance Snapshots: We capture your baseline (conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor) when you come in, and snapshot again as pages run — so you see your growth in black and white.
• __ Performance Review Meeting(s): One-on-one Zoom reviews of your page performance with continued enhancements. Reviews are available while you're actively driving traffic to your pages — no traffic that month means nothing to review.
• Smart Analytics (Revenue Per Visitor Tracking): Per-product Revenue Per Visitor tracking and page performance analytics inside the app.
• AI Toolkit Access: Regenerate and refine product-page sections inside the app — up to ten (10) full regenerations per product page.
• Traffic Growth Resources: Curated playbooks, guides, and trusted partner resources to grow your traffic — Scaling to $100K Months With Ads, the Google Shopping Engine, the Authority Engine for organic & AI search, and the Affiliate Army program. These are resources and recommendations to go deeper — we don't run your traffic for you.
• Training & Bonuses: Offer-building training, the ad-credits vault, and tutorials for setup, editing, and going live.
• Year 1 App Upgrades — FREE: Every app update and upgrade we release during your 12-month term is included at no extra cost.
• Priority Email Support: Direct access to our team — no ticket queues.

2Process & Timeline

1. Client provides Shopify collaborator/store access.
2. Company installs the RevenueFlows AI app and required setup.
3. Company generates the purchased product pages — typically ready within seven (7) business days of receiving access.
4. Company and Client meet for the Founder Review Call to audit accuracy and make final edits before going live.
5. Pages go live on Client's Shopify store. Client reviews, approves, and controls the go-live decision — and agrees to make a good-faith effort to publish pages once approved.
6. Performance reviews and ongoing enhancements continue per Client's plan.

Timelines depend on Client providing access, information, and approvals promptly. Delays on Client's side extend timelines — they never void this Agreement.

3Performance Lift Guarantee

Here's our commitment: if an optimized page doesn't gain at least $1.00 in revenue per visitor compared to your captured baseline, we keep optimizing it — copy, images, and offer — at no additional cost throughout your 12-month term, until you get there.

That's the guarantee. It's a commitment of our work, and here's how it operates:

• Baseline first: We measure conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor before our pages go live. The comparison is baseline vs. optimized page.
• Real traffic required: Lift is measured per product page once that page has received at least 1,000 sessions. No traffic, no measurement.
• Conditions: The page must remain live as delivered, Client must be actively driving traffic, and no material changes to product, pricing, or the page that break the comparison.
• Scope: The guarantee applies to each product page individually and runs through the end of the 12-month term. Optimizations are implemented with Client's approval.
• What it is NOT: This guarantee is our continued optimization work. It is not a refund, and it is not a promise of any specific revenue, profit, or business outcome.

4Founder Rate, Term & Lifetime Access

• One-time founder investment. This is not a subscription — nothing auto-renews or auto-charges, ever. RevenueFlows AI pricing will increase and move to monthly plans for future clients. Your founder rate is locked and will never be raised on you.
• Lifetime system access: Your access to the RevenueFlows AI system does not expire, and your pages are yours forever once paid in full (see Section 11).
• 12 months of hands-on service: Optimization under the Performance Lift Guarantee, your performance review meetings, priority support, and every app upgrade we release are included for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
• After year one: You keep full access and your pages. Continued hands-on optimization and future upgrades are available through an optional renewal at locked founder rates — we'll reach out about 30 days before your service term ends. Nothing happens automatically.

5Investment, Payment & Billing

Total Investment: __ USD, one-time, per the payment terms above. It includes everything listed in Section 1 for the plan purchased.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. The charge on your card statement will appear as FANBASIS.COM.

If Client selects a payment plan at checkout, the schedule shown at checkout governs. All scheduled payments remain due in full, and the no-refund policy (Section 6) applies to the entire investment once the app is installed.

If a scheduled payment is not completed as agreed, Company may pause work and system access until the account is current.

6No Refunds (Once App Is Installed)

Once the RevenueFlows AI app is installed on Client's Shopify store, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Client confirms this is understood before signing.

Why: the moment we install, our team begins dedicated build work on your store, and our system, frameworks, and training become accessible to you. That work can't be returned. What protects you instead is the Performance Lift Guarantee in Section 3 — we stay in it with you until your pages perform.

7Questions or Concerns? Talk to Us First

If anything ever feels off — a deliverable, a timeline, a charge — email support@revenueflows.ai and we'll respond within two (2) business days. We fix what's ours to fix. Fast.

Client agrees to contact Company first and allow five (5) business days to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes filed without contacting us first, for services already delivered, are a breach of this Agreement.

Client acknowledges that this signed Agreement, delivery records, communications, and access logs may be submitted as evidence in any payment dispute.

8Product Page Credits, Regenerations & Slot-Lock

• 1 Shopify product connected to a page = 1 product page credit. A "product page" is a page created in the system connected to a specific Shopify product.
• Multiple versions for different angles/demographics/use cases count as separate pages.
• Each product page includes up to ten (10) regenerations — a full AI recreation of that page for the same connected product.
• Slot-lock: once a credit is assigned to a Shopify product, it is permanently locked to that product and cannot be reassigned. Attempting to bypass credit limits (including rotating products through credits) may result in termination without refund.
• Want more pages? Client may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upgrade details confirmed in writing.

9Client Responsibilities

This is a partnership. Client agrees to:

• Provide Shopify collaborator/store access promptly so we can install and build.
• Review and approve pages, and make a good-faith effort to publish approved pages.
• Drive traffic to the pages — our system converts traffic; it doesn't create it.
• Show up to the Founder Review Call and scheduled performance reviews (rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice).
• Maintain an active Shopify store and any required third-party apps during the term.
• Be solely responsible for everything published in Client's store — compliance, product claims, and rights.

10System Requirements

The current version of the system requires the Kaching Bundles Shopify app — a nominal third-party subscription of $14.99/month (7-day free trial), billed by Kaching through Shopify and separate from your RevenueFlows AI investment. Client is responsible for this subscription.

Future versions may change or remove requirements — we'll notify you when that happens. Company is not responsible for outages, pricing, or changes from Shopify or other third-party platforms.

11Ownership & Fair Use

• Upon full payment, Client owns the final page outputs — forever.
• Company owns the RevenueFlows AI system, frameworks, and underlying technology.
• Client may not reverse engineer, resell, share access to, or bypass limits of the system. Violations may result in termination without refund.
• Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential.

12Honest Expectations (No Guaranteed Results)

We provide the system, the pages, the optimization work, and the guidance described in this Agreement. Your results depend on factors we don't control — traffic quality and volume, product, pricing, margins, market conditions, and execution.

The Performance Lift Guarantee in Section 3 is a commitment of our continued optimization work — it is not a refund, and not a promise of results.

Beyond that commitment, Company does not guarantee any specific revenue, conversion rate, profit, or business outcome.

13The Legal Stuff

• Liability: Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid by Client in the prior 12 months.
• Governing law: Alberta, Canada.
• Assignment: Client cannot assign this Agreement without consent. Company may assign in a merger or acquisition.
• Notices: Effective when sent by email to the addresses provided.
• Entire Agreement: This supersedes prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing.
• Electronic signatures are valid and treated as original.
